Our featured water feature in Aspen Sojourner

One of our recent projects was featured in Aspen Sojourner magazine. The article, Colorado’s Coolest Pools and Tallest Falls That Make a Splash, celebrates the engineering and creative design that bring breathtaking water features to life in the Rocky Mountains. Being recognized in our local magazine for the quality and complexity of our work is a true honor.

The plunge pool and natural pond project in Aspen was designed to capitalize on unobstructed 270-degree views and to make water an aesthetic extension of the home: an infinity-edge hot tub reflecting the mountains, and a sophisticated pond that doubles as stormwater catchment. We believe in designs that blend the raw beauty of nature with refined, world-class engineering.

High Meadow is also featured in World Landscape Architecture. The project was designed by bluegreen and received a 2026 WLA Award of Excellence. Premier Landscaping is credited as the landscape contractor. Architecture is by Lake Flato, general contracting by Kaegebein, and the published photography by Marion Brenner.
