LandWorks is the excavation and landscape company inside Premier Group. Excavation is a large part of the work: site preparation, grading, driveways, and drainage on steep mountain lots, run by our own operators on our own machines. LandWorks crews also handle the excavation and grading on the new homes BuildWorks builds.
With a focus on precision and sustainability, the same team finishes the ground it opens: retaining walls, hardscape, irrigation, and planting suited to the short growing season above 7,000 feet. Those crews keep the grounds through the seasons after the build.
Custom water features are part of the work. A plunge pool and natural pond Premier built in Aspen, with a pond that doubles as stormwater catchment, was featured in Aspen Sojourner magazine. LandWorks crews also build and maintain the defensible space around homes as part of Premier’s wildfire mitigation work.
