Dustin has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, stemming from a family background in general contracting. Over the years, he has built extensive expertise in all phases of construction, from fieldwork to project management, gaining a deep understanding of the industry. Known for his integrity and attention to detail, Dustin ensures projects at Premier run smoothly, on time, and to high standards. A longtime resident of Roaring Fork Valley, he lives with his wife, Brittany, and their four children, balancing his career with being a dedicated father. His skills in team leadership, conflict resolution, and management make him a trusted industry leader.

As a Colorado native she loves everything the Roaring Fork Valley offers- from a perfect fall day on the golf course or her mountain bike, deep pow snowboarding or a hot summer day on the river. You’ll find her in the valley with her husband, two kids and dogs enjoying the mountain lifestyle.
